Individualized massage for relaxation, tension relief, and therapeutic care
Massage therapy can look different from person to person. Some clients are looking for relief from everyday muscle tension, while others want a more focused therapeutic treatment or simply a quiet hour to slow down.
My approach is individualized to you. We'll consider what you're experiencing, what you'd like to get from your appointment, and how your body is feeling that day to create a treatment that fits your needs.

Your treatment, your preferences
There isn't a single “right” pressure or style of massage.
Some clients prefer a gentle, relaxing treatment, while others appreciate more focused therapeutic work. Pressure and techniques can be adjusted throughout your appointment based on your comfort and goals.
I may incorporate techniques such as:
Not every technique is used in every session. The goal is to choose what makes sense for you, rather than following a set routine.

What to expect
Before your treatment, we'll discuss what you'd like to address and any relevant health information that may affect your care.
You'll be appropriately draped throughout your appointment, with only the area being treated exposed. Positioning can be adjusted as needed and may include lying face-down, face-up, or on your side.
During your treatment, communication is always welcome. If you'd like more or less pressure, need a position changed, or simply want to adjust something about the treatment, just let me know.
Your comfort matters.

Choosing a session length
|
30-Minute Session
A focused option for one or two specific areas, such as the neck and shoulders or back. |
60-Minute Session
Provides time to address multiple areas or create a customized treatment based on your priorities for the day. |
90-Minute Session
Offers additional time for a more comprehensive treatment, multiple areas of focus, or simply a slower-paced session with more time to relax. |
Longer doesn't necessarily mean better. The right session length depends on what you'd like to accomplish and how your body responds to treatment.
Combining Massage Therapy & MLD
If appropriate, massage therapy and Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) can be combined within the same appointment.
This can be a good option when you'd like both therapeutic massage and lymphatic-focused care in one session.
